I have two bum shoulders and she modified my workouts to avoid re-injury. She varies each session so I was never bored and always managed to get the best out of you. She strikes the right balance of pushing (she can tell when you're coasting) and motivating you to go beyond your comfort zone. Even in group settings she knows how to tailor each exercise so that everyone in the class is engaged and having a good time.
