LizStyle Living is a fitness lifestyle coaching service providing tailored workout plans to achieve your goals as well as nutrition advice. The mindset is a key element when you work towards any kind of goal in life. Therefore part of the service is to keep your mind focused.

The training system is purely based on moves that you use in life: sitting, standing, pushing, pulling. We work with dumbbells, kettle-bells, medicine balls and your own body weight, and the programme includes strength training, body conditioning and cardio. This training method is called High-intensity functional training (HIFT). HIFT sits between resistance training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and gives you some of the benefits of both.

In my sessions I am using industry leading, top quality equipment including kettle-bells, dumbbells and medicine balls as well as your own bodyweight.
